All of
our sound system, amplification, speakers and mixers, including our stage lighting,
special effects lighting, fog and bubble machines are new and of the highest quality
professional DJ equipment. Every piece of our equipment is state-of-the-art, providing
excellent quality, crisp clear sounds, the top of the line.
Crown power base III amplification that easily and
clearly delivers up to 2600 watts of totally undistorted, crisp clear music, two Community
speakers featuring woofers, horns, mids and tweeters, which delivers excellent,
professional, clear quality sound for your dancing and listening pleasure. Our
professionally
encased mixer board consists of six channels with special effects. Three
professionally encased CD players, one with variable pitch 4-8-16% pitch blend that
enhances each and every CD song played. Also featured is one dual deck professional
cassette player for any special songs you may bring that by chance are not available on
CD.
OUR PROFESSIONAL VISUAL STAGE LIGHTING AND SPECIAL EFFECTS

that interface with a chaser control master box that allows 16 auto chase patterns as well
as manual abilities. The electronic control box interface is the same equipment that
professional
touring bands utilize. Three mega
strobe lights, speed adjustable controlled (each 250 watts), the Double Derby, featuring
40 sound activated moving beams of multi colored lights at 600 watts.
Next is our 600 watt power mushroom, providing 30 beams of majestic multi-colored lights that crisscross and dance to the beat of the music for your enjoyment. The skylight, which many consider the highlight of special effects, hosts eighteen lenses with 36 beams that move to the sync of the music. This 600 watt special effect item is a "must see" for everyone. The helicopters that are utilized by Formal to Fun are 6 heads that rotate, providing laser like beams of light that provides "club" atmosphere upon the dance floor. The Gemini features two 16" multi-colored spheres that spin with many colors being projected upon the dance floor.
Four mini strobes provide the dance floor with an
impressive lighting effect in conjunction with other special effect lighting that we
implement. Also, 2 PAR 56 stage lights give a glow of excellence to any dance floor. The
1000
watts of subdued lighting, the
56’s always are a crowd-pleaser.
The mirror ball has been a long time favorite for slow dancing. Formal to Fun has created a 16", four color mirror ball that is simply incredible. Each of the four colors (red, blue, yellow and green) are independently controlled. This awesome effect adds that special something to your slow dancing enjoyment. Black lights consisting of four 48" tubes fill the dance floor with light that appears to transform white clothing into appearing purple.
Our 1500 watt fog
machine is great for ultra special effects, at a minimum of 5,000 CFM. This fog machine is
suited for small as well as gymnasium sized functions. Smoke is controlled by one of
Formal to Fun’s professional technicians. Last but certainly not least is the
optional bubble machine that propels floating bubbles upward and around the room. Formal
to Fun tastefully implements all lighting and special effects to enhance your event.
All of our lighting is supported by our 10’ professional truss and four professional tripods. Every single piece of our sound and light equipment is black, color coordinated, all new top of-the-line professional DJ equipment. In all honesty, it’s the finest.
